I approach research through the lens of behavioral science by way of a background in cognitive science, sociology, and linguistics. Topics like perception, heuristics, and psycholinguistics were pivotal for me in highlighting the value and mechanics of empathy– a tenet of how humans understand each other and, naturally, effective strategy.
Through my academics and work experiences, I’ve learned there’s a science, and an art, to practicing empathy in strategic work. I use that edge at every phase of a project life cycle.
Whether I’m shaping experiences, messaging, or brand and campaign strategy, I see research as a tool for creative problem-solving– one that bridges insight and innovation to help teams build with intention.
